Former Principal and Owner of ONA Landscape Architects, Dennis Y. Otsuji merged his practice with Wimmer Yamada and Caughey (WYAC) in November 2011. While President of ONA Dennis led his firm in providing services in landscape architecture, urban design and land planning while developing a reputation for designing exceptional, award winning projects. He is currently a member of the City of San Diego Park and Recreation Design Review Committee and a Commissioner on the City of San Diego Planning Commission.
