Two of our most recent design-build projects at the Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, are for two Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQs) sites known as Package 4 and Package 7. Together the projects cover eight separate areas and include a total of eight different, fully functional BEQs and community buildings. Working with the joint venture construction and design team we are developing the most current and efficient site design on the base.

Specifics:

• Project team successful in winning design competition leading to government contract
• Landscape design services include participating in initial government concept design workshops and meetings
• Plans includes hardscape and site amenity layout and details, landscape and irrigation design
• Construction documents adhere to federal Anti-Terrorism Force Protection requirements
• Construction administration and site observation performed throughout installation process

Upon completion, the Package 7 San Mateo BEQ will become the model for all future BEQs at Camp Pendleton.
