Wimmer Yamada and Caughey led a multi-disciplinary team of landscape architects, civil engineers, architects and environmental consultants on the 46 acre Otay Valley Regional Park Area 3 comprehensive concept plan design.

Specifics:

• Conducted site research and reviewed studies regarding site options, opportunities constraints and available funding
  
• Created three concept plans for County of San Diego and community review
  
• Conducted public workshops to review and finalize concept plans
  
• Concept plan for park improvements include active recreation areas for ball fields, tot-lots, passive recreation areas, trails, interpretive and educational elements
