Wimmer Yamada and Caughey provided landscape design services as part of the development of aviation support facilities at the historic Brownfield in Otay Mesa. The new Metropolitan Airpark will provide private aviation services and commercial retail amenities to the area.

• Developed overall Masterplan and Design Guidelines
• Provided design coordination for on-site stormwater management
• Landscape design focused on sustainable measures including water conservation and reduction of solar heat gain from hardscape
