Wimmer Yamada and Caughey worked with RECON Environmental to provide plans for landscape mitigation and riparian planting of the Lusardi Creek corridor. The majority of the property surrounding the Creek has been used for agricultural and grazing land for over a hundred years.

Specifics:

• Designed 14-acres of wetland/riparian habitat
  
• On-site well, with solar powered irrigation control valves and controller, provided temporary irrigation through an extensive drip irrigation system
  
• Army Corps of Engineers and the Fish and Wildlife Agency cited project as an excellent example of habitat restoration
