Cendra Ramirez joined our team after obtaining her Masters Degree in Landscape Engineering in Angers, France. Her international perspective, through her studies in Europe, and her extensive knowledge of international culture, adds to the creativity and uniqueness of each of her designs.

As a talented designer and project manager, Cendra is fully versed in site design, land planning and irrigation design. Her keen interest in sustainable design solutions keeps her on the cutting edge of new developments in green systems including “Green Roof” and “Green Wall” technologies. Cendra challenges us to maintain the highest level of sustainability for each project by keeping pace with current awareness of best management practices to protect and preserve our environment. For the past eight years Cendra has been working on the large scale master planned community of Black Mountain Ranch. While working with developers, contractors and city and county agencies Cendra’s technical expertise and tireless work efforts have made it possible for our clients to bring their permitted projects in on time and on budget. Cendra is a licensed landscape architect in California.

Cendra enjoys wine and cheese parties, watercolor painting, and visiting picturesque and unique places.
